Paper shipping pallet

Paper shipping pallets come in corrugated fiberboard, partial wood decks or engineered with laminated paper board. Some are made of paperboard composite honeycomb. There are many different design configurations that exist within the paper pallet market that may use glue, staples and paper cores in their assembly, although designs have been engineered from just two flat corrugated boards.
Pallet blanks are shipped flat packed and assembled on site when needed

* No nails, splinters, indentations, or protrusions to injured workers, or damage the product.
* Recyclable and Eco friendly.

ISPM 15 Compliant

During production, corrugated material and cardboard is heated enough to sanitize the wood fibers. This means all new cardboard pallets and material meets ISPM 15 requirements and are pre-approved for international shipments. ISPM 15 is a sanitary standard agreed to by member states of the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) and is meant to reduce the risks of diseases and pests spreading through trade.

Wood packaging products that do not have their internal core temperature heated to 133°F (56°C) for 30 consecutive minutes can be refused at ports of entry in IPPC countries, which is currently over 100 states. Cardboard pallets come from the factory automatically compliant with these regulations and there is no need for heat treatment or chemical fumigation services as is the case with traditional wooden pallets.

Easy to Ship

Not only are cardboard pallets ISPM 15 compliant, they’re also very lightweight. Corrugated pallets can weigh less than half as much as a wooden pallet, and can often be collapsed and rebuilt through folding or unfolding. This means that when not in use, cardboard pallets can be collapsed and stored in spaces much smaller than other packaging solutions. Additionally, this light form factor reduces weight during shipment and cuts down on fuel costs.

Eco-friendly

Cardboard pallets, like all corrugated packaging materials, are made from pressed wood fibers and are 100% recyclable. Regardless of the original source of that wood fiber, be it paper or other corrugated material, cardboard can be recycled many times. The ability to reuse corrugated packaging multiple times in this way means that new trees are prevented from being cut down and carbon emissions coming new cardboard production is saved. Even if the corrugated material is wet or damaged, the recycling process can reduce the material back down to a usable pulp from which new cardboard can be made.
